3. Select the voucher you wish to refund
4. Click the "Request Refund" button
5. Fill out the refund request form

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 2-3 business days
• Store Credit: Immediate

Special Circumstances

Merchant Closures

If a merchant closes permanently or cannot honor your voucher, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the purchase date.

Extended Value

While promotional values expire on the date indicated, the amount you paid (purchase value) never expires and can be used toward the regular price of the merchant's services.
